Overview
This website, Homby Fone Zone, is operated by Holston Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17155327), with its registered office at Bloxwich Launchpad, Market Place, Bloxwich, Walsall, WS3 2JH. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Holston Services Ltd trading as Homby Fone Zone. By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before you order.
Our products
We sell phone accessories including cases, screen protectors, cables, chargers and mounts. We try to describe and display our products as accurately as we can, but colours may vary slightly on different screens. Product compatibility is listed on each product page, so please check that an item fits your device before you order.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to UK addresses is free and is included in the price shown. We take payment when you place your order. We may cancel or refuse an order if a price or description has been shown incorrectly, in which case we will refund any payment taken.
Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy from us. Our contract with you is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we are unable to deliver to your address, and if we do so we will refund you in full.
Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your right to cancel an order, return items and receive a refund is set out in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Faulty goods
All goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If you think an item is faulty, please contact us at hombyfonezone@hotmail.com and we will deal with it in line with your legal rights.
Our liability
We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for any business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Safe use of products
Please use chargers, cables and other electrical products only as intended and in line with any instructions supplied. Stop using and contact us about any product that appears damaged, overheats or behaves unusually.
Privacy
We collect and use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the terms that apply to that order.
Governing law
These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
