We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may take longer, and some of these areas may not be covered by our standard delivery services. Please contact us before ordering if you live in one of these areas.
Free UK delivery
Standard delivery is free on all UK orders. The delivery cost is already included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery times depend on where your item is stored:
Items held in UK stock are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.
Items sent from our overseas suppliers are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days of dispatch, and in some cases up to 25 working days at busy times.
The estimated delivery time for each item is a guide, not a guarantee. Orders containing items from different warehouses may arrive in more than one parcel, and you will not be charged extra for this.
Tracking
We will email you tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking for overseas parcels can take a few days to start updating.
Customs, duties and taxes
The price you pay at checkout is the full price. We do not charge you any additional customs fees, duties or import taxes on UK deliveries.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 25 working days, or it arrives damaged, please email us at hombyfonezone@hotmail.com with your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we can change the address once an order has been dispatched.
